Dr. Philip Rogers
Chancellor - East Carolina University

Dr. Philip G. Rogers, a native North Carolinian, was elected the 12th chancellor of East Carolina University on December 17, 2020.  Rogers first came to ECU as a policy analyst in 2007 and served as chief of staff from 2008-2013.  Prior to his role as chancellor, Rogers was the senior vice president at the American Council on Education.
