Greenville, NC - October 7, 2024 - INTREPID Architecture is pleased to announce the promotion of Danielle (Dani) Hoff to the position of Vice President. Since joining the firm in 2021, Dani has been an instrumental part of the firm’s growth. Not only has she led some of the firm’s most complex projects, but she has also managed to imbue her attention to detail into all facets of the firm. In three short years, she transformed the production of design services, mentored junior staff in how to effectively implement company protocols, raised the bar for the firm’s quality of design, and cemented her value as an excellent architect, wonderful project manager, and caring co-worker. Dani’s capacity to effectively manage multiple complex competing tasks and clients underscores her ability to manifest the company’s values.

Dani has the unique ability to make all those around her better at what they do. This is a character trait that INTREPID Architecture’s founder discovered over thirteen years ago when both parties had the privilege of working together. “Dani has been a cornerstone of our team since joining INTREPID,” said Albrecht McLawhorn, President and Owner of INTREPID. “From the first day I met Dani, I knew she was special and that she was the kind of architect and, more importantly, the kind of person you build a firm around. Working with wonderful people is a blessing, and I am thrilled to have architect Dani Hoff as the firm’s Vice President.

In her new role as Vice President, Dani will continue to oversee major projects, influence strategic planning, and play a key role in shaping the future of the firm.
