Amy Thomas is an experienced training professional with over 18 years of experience in manufacturing and health care management.  Thomas focuses on instructional design, the implementation of multiple educational and learning initiatives for leadership development, customer experience, employee performance, program evaluation, and project management skills.

Thomas received her bachelor's degree from East Carolina University and earned her master's degree from North Carolina State University.
