2026 Small Business of the Year Award Nomination Form

Nominators are required to complete the form below in its entirety. At least one (1) letter of support is required to be submitted on behalf of the nominee and can be submitted by anyone. Nominees without at least one (1) letter of support will not be given consideration. A letter(s) of support must be received by Friday, August 28, 2026 and can be emailed to Aileen Peacock at aileen@greenvillenc.org.

Nominations are due no later than Friday, August 28, 2026.

Criteria:

• Must be a member in good standing of the Greater Greenville Chamber at the time of nomination and on the event date.
• Must be a locally owned and operated business with fifty (50) or less employees.
• Must have been established and operating locally for at least three (3) years.
• Must demonstrate strong business performance, effective leadership, and sound business practices.
• Must consistently provide quality products and/or services.
• Must maintain a positive reputation within its industry and throughout the Greenville-Pitt County community.
• Must demonstrate a commitment to community engagement through the investment of time, talent, or resources.
