2026 Emerging Business of the Year Award Nomination Form

Nominators are required to complete the form below in its entirety. At least one (1) letter of support is required to be submitted on behalf of the nominee and can be submitted by anyone. Nominees without at least one (1) letter of support will not be given consideration. A letter(s) of support must be received by Friday, August 28, 2026 and can be emailed to Aileen Peacock at aileen@greenvillenc.org.

Nominations are due no later than Friday, August 28, 2026.

Criteria:

• Must be a member in good standing of the Greater Greenville Chamber at the time of nomination and on the event date.
• Must be a locally owned and operated business.
• Must have been operating for less than two years (2) at the time of nomination.
• Must demonstrate innovation, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong potential for continued growth.
• Must demonstrate sound business practices and a commitment to excellence in customer service and operations.
• Must maintain a positive and growing reputation within its industry and the Greenville-Pitt County community.
• Must demonstrate active engagement in or support of the local community.
