Local business owners Tom Glennon, Michel Bittan, and Lucas & Brittany Owens are pleased to announce the opening of Trattoria Nolita, a new dining concept located inside the Hilton Greenville at 207 SW Greenville Blvd.

Trattoria Nolita is designed to be a neighborhood Italian-American restaurant offering a lively and approachable take on Italian-inspired cuisine. The restaurant reflects a vision of bringing people together—whether for a casual dinner, celebratory gathering, or a vibrant night out in Greenville.

The opening of Trattoria Nolita marks an exciting milestone in a series of ongoing upgrades and renovations at the Hilton Greenville. These enhancements are part of a broader commitment to elevating the guest experience and reinforcing the property’s position as a premier destination for both dining and hospitality in the Greenville community.
