Orthopaedics East & Sports Medicine Center is excited to announce that Dr. Elisabeth Robinson will be joining their practice effective July 15, 2019. She and her family have relocated from Virginia where she practiced at an academic community hospital. Dr. Robinson is originally from Chapel Hill, NC and attended Medical School at the University of North Carolina. She completed her Orthopaedic Surgical Residency at the University of Massachusetts School of Medicine and obtained her Sports Medicine Fellowship from New England Baptist Hospital in Boston, MA. She also completed a Masters in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
Dr. Robinson is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. She is also a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine. She has received numerous Awards and Honors during her career including serving as an Assistant Team Physician for the Boston Celtics.
She lives in Greenville with her husband, Will, and their two young boys. They enjoy exploring the area and attending local sporting events.
