becomes involved in the Chamber's programs, activities and

official guide, as well as through advertising in the
Chamber Business Update, Community Data booklets, and the
Greenville-Pitt County map. Make valuable business contacts
by attending "Business After Hours," committee meetings and

Resources |
| As a Chamber
member, you have access to information and programs that can
make a difference. The Chamber of Commerce houses
statistical information on growth and development, the labor
force, income data and much more. The Chamber's Research
Department publishes all of this information in its Economic
Indicators. Throughout the year the Chamber organizes and
sponsors and impressive series of business seminars and
workshop programs, designed to meet the needs of our
membership. The Chamber also maintains a strong partnership
with the Small Business Development Center at Pitt Community
College and the Small Business Technology and Develop Center
(SBTDC) at East Carolina University offering members
additional resources for developing their firms. Working as
a "watch dog" for small business as well as developing
programs and advantages for small business owners, these
centers work closely with the Chamber of Commerce to
disseminate information, assist with business planning,
financing, marketing and legal needs. |
