Welcome to the Young Professionals (YP) of Pitt County website!  Young Professionals of Pitt County is a membership based organization with members representing various areas of Pitt County's workforce. We are the go-to organization for young professionals looking to engage in the Greenville-Pitt County business community, learn about issues, interact with local  leaders and give back in a meaningful way.  The Young Professionals of Pitt County focus on three main areas:  (1) Business Networking, (2) Professional Development and (3) Community Outreach.  Please feel free to explore our site using the guided tabs on the left hand side of this page.

Business Networking

• Used to build new business contacts through connecting with other like minded individuals.  We spend time meeting together in a relaxed and casual environment. Our social events facilitate a body of peers to support and encourage personal and professional growth.

Professional Development

• Our professional events provide opportunities for growth in leadership, mentorship, discussion and networking.  Members acquire new knowledge and skills that relate to one’s profession, job responsibilities, or work environment.

Community Outreach

• We strive to positively impact our cultural landscape by fostering a desire in YP members to serve and contribute to the Greenville-Pitt County Community by conducting local public awareness activities through targeted community interaction.
