A Strategic Plan for the Greenville-Pitt County Chamber of Commerce 2008-2010

In today's world of change, strategic plans often become adaptive plans in that the needs of members and the community change on a frequent, almost constant basis.

This plan is presented in response to the stated needs and opinions of members of the Greenville-Pitt County Chamber of Commerce.  Its programs are such that, each year, specific objectives can be adapted to precisely meet the needs of members and to grow our community to be the best and strongest it can be.

The vision created by member input is that over the next several years, the Greenville-Pitt County Chamber of Commerce will provide bold and assertive leadership in business advocacy and community growth to positively impact the future of Greenville and Pitt County.

Mission:
The Chamber’s Mission is to serve its members by strengthening the business environment; enhancing the quality of life; communicating the views of business and supporting constructive initiatives on major issues of public policy.
