The Greenville-Pitt County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Institute (LI) provides selected participants the opportunity to learn about issues facing our community, develop skills needed to enhance leadership strengths, and motivates participants to become involved in leadership roles throughout Greenville and Pitt County. Over the course of eight months, the program delivers a balanced combination of leadership training through a variety of activities and sessions.

The LI provides participants with the opportunity to meet and discuss issues with key community leaders.  Participants study the qualities that make an effective leader, analyze individual leadership roles, and develop personal leadership styles and skills. They are then challenged to apply their talents by joining professional associations, civic clubs, public boards and commissions.

The program will open your eyes to new challenges and opportunities and the role you can play in shaping the future of our community and region.
