The Greater Greenville Sports Club (GGSC) is an organization for people like us who champion athletics in our community and also have a passion for contributing to the growth and improvement of this beautiful slice of Eastern North Carolina that we call home. The GGSC provides a good core of speakers, from various sports backgrounds, throughout the year with a focus of shaping our community through uplifting and informative speaking engagements. The GGSC is organized by the Greenville-Pitt County Chamber of Commerce.
The Greater Greenville Sports Club will promote athletics as a means of strengthening the local economy and enhancing the overall quality of life.
The GGSC will host bi-monthly luncheons, featuring speaking engagements with influential collegiate, professional and amateur sporting figures. These luncheons will also be attended by former and current head coaches, assistant coaches, administrative personnel, and athletes from a variety of sports.
Your GGSC membership will afford you discounted admission to all luncheons as well as any special events we host throughout the year.
Luncheons are held at the Hilton-Greenville (207 Greenville Blvd. SW) on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month throughout the sports calendar year (August-May). Each meeting runs from 12 noon to 1:00 p.m. and lunch is catered by Christinne's Restaurant.
